Over 8 years experience in residential appraising. Member of the Appraisal institute of Canada. Real Estate agent in the GTA with Prudential Sadie Moranis. Holds a degree in Business from the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Kerry worked in the appraising industry as a research specialist for 3 years
